Bold vintage statement clip-on earrings from the late 1970s / 1980s. Features a large, vibrant emerald green cushion-cut glass (likely) cabochon secured by thick gold-tone corner prongs. The central jewel is beautifully framed by an openwork woven gold mesh border. The open-backed design allows light to pass through, giving the deep green glass a stunning, luminous glow.
